Vinification

Hand-harvested. Maceration and bâtonnage followed by aging in tonneau. 12months of aging in bottle.

Bouquet: Fruity notes of apricot, medicinal herbs mixed with white flowers, citrus, acacia, and musky potpourri.
Palate: Dry, persistent with great freshness.
